Offering over 30 years of diversified safety management experience in general industry, construction and mining.  Regularly performs senior and executive level consulting services, and possess a demonstrated record of significantly reducing accident frequencies and worker's compensation costs through development and application of specialized safety management systems and industry-specific safety programs.  Areas of expertise include designing, implementing and managing safety, training and compliance programs for various industries.  Other areas of proficiency involve accident investigation, providing expert testimony relating to occupational safety, performing safety audits, ISO 14001 auditing and assisting clients with OHSAS 18001 implementation.

Have been certified by the American Board of Forensic Examiners as a "Board Certified Forensic Examiner" in the fields of industrial accident investigation and safety.  Designated a "Certified Accident Investigator"  by the International Council of Accident Investigators and Reconstructionists and licensed as a "Private Investigator" by the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Private Investigators.

Certified by the Environmental Assessment Association as a "Certified Environmental Manager" and a "Certified Mold Inspector."

Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the U.S. Department of Labor for "Demonstrated Accomplishment and Ability" recognizing dedication and work in the fields of occupational safety and industrial emergency response.

Previously, at EFI Global, served as the Senior Safety Engineer and the District Manager for the Evansville, Indiana area.  In addition to managing the Evansville office, responsibilities included the supervision of a staff of environmental and safety consultants, trainers and on-site construction safety managers, providing environmental, safety, training, industrial hygiene and on-site construction safety management services to clients on a national basis.

Prior to affiliation with EFI, served as Manager of the Safety Consulting Division of Elite Environmental and Safety Services, Inc. and previously as General  Manager of another regional safety consulting firm.  Held the positions of President and Senior Safety Engineer for SafeTech, Inc. and was the Corporate Director of Safety for Addington Environmental, Inc. and Addington Resources, Inc.  Also have many years of experience as an Independent Safety Consultant.

Have been entrusted with the direct safety and health responsibility for over 1,700 employees, with international exposures.  While employed at SafeTech, Inc., assumed the task for redesign and implementation of all safety programs, roof control and ground control engineering systems at a national priority listed (super fund) site that contained 1.4 million tons of salt cake fines in a two-hundred acre underground mine, while directing the efforts of 20 safety, hazardous materials management and construction personnel.

Holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Safety Engineering from Kennedy Western University, a M.A. in Business Administration from North American University and a B.S. in Occupational Safety, also from North American.  OSHA authorized Outreach Trainer for both Construction and General Industry Outreach Training Program instruction.
